Walkthrough:
Find the Twin City Captor (377,313) and pay 2,000 silver to buy 2 Rescue Tokens from him.

Take the Rescue Tokens to Desert City and eliminate the Lapidating Mobs who kidnapped the emperor’s prince and princess.
You will have a chance to rescue the 2 hostages from the Lapidating Mobs and get back the Prince Plate and Princess Plate from them.
Bring back the 2 plates and swap for the Labyrinth Permit with the Twin City Captor.

Notes:
Rescue Tokens cannot be traded or deposited in the warehouse.
Prince Plate, Princess Plate and Labyrinth Permit can be traded and deposited in the warehouse.
