The Demon Dragon is now ready and waits in his volcanic prison for groups of daring adventurers to pay him a visit. With Patch 2.1.3 - Lair of the Demon Dragon, Runes of Magic will be expanded with the 12-man raid dungeon of the same name. We also have reworked the crafting system and implemented a new in-game event.

Lair of the Demon Dragon is the latest and most difficult challenge so far. The powerful demon-possessed fire dragon Gestero - held captive in the heart of the Aotulia Volcano - is anything but an easy opponent.

To strengthen yourself for combat, get support with this year’s Autumn Banquet. Everyone is invited to an Autumn Banquet, part of a harvest festival in which all sorts of delicious treats and varied tasks will be offered.

Gift tables have been distributed across the whole continent and loaded with food. Daily quests in and around the acquisition of supplies or gathering of resources round off the event.

The rework of the crafting system, as requested by the community, also is being implemented with Patch 2.1.3 - Lair of the Demon Dragon.

The new interface has a more structured presentation and has been tuned in terms of user-friendliness. You know have the opportunity to craft items with up to two levels of rarity higher than previously available.
