Interview with GCA Booth Babe and Model, Feliza Ong

As a bit of fan-service, I'm helping you boys get Up Close and Personal with our very own GCA Booth Babe, Feliza, who is modeling the likeness of an unreleased Dragonica Sailor-themed Costume on site.

She's sweet-faced and petite, but most of the gamers who went down were still a little too shy to approach for a picture. (COME ONE, YOU GUYS. We promise we won't think you're a perv if you'd like to take a pic.)

Please give us a short introduction of your personality and interests?

Feliza: I consider myself as an outgoing and spontaneous individual. Being self-assured, I know what I want and always try my best to achieve it. Usually very chatty, I have my quiet and serious moments too. I am into photography, poetry, gaming and of course, shopping!

Tell us how you got started modeling at shows like GCA?

Feliza: In all fashion magazines, you can see many beautiful pictures of gorgeous-looking ladies. Somehow, it sparked my interest to be in the modeling line and to envision myself to be like them… And probably to appear in magazines and newspapers one day... which I did!

What is the best and worst thing about working as a show model? (Do you have any funny, interesting or horrifying stories?)

Feliza: Being a show model, one gets to enjoy the attention received. Of course, it is not always a good thing since there may be lewd requests or remarks. Hence, it needs to be regarded as part and parcel of the job. I also get to meet people and make new friends. Ultimately, it is about having fun, to always smile and present the clients’ products or services in the best possible manner.

Which games have you played and which games are you interested in checking out?

Feliza: I play many games using my desktop, PS2, Wii and DS lite. My current favorite games are Need for Speed, Rock Band, Guitar Hero and Left 4 Dead (L4D). I am looking forward to the L4D sequel. I am also excited about the release of ‘Astro Boy: The Video Game’ as I am a huge fan of Astroboy!

Any Favourite Hang-out Spots? (Boys, take note.)

Feliza: I usually chill out with my friends over coffee in Orchard. I can also be seen in random LAN shops gaming with friends.

What do you look for in a guy?

Feliza: I look for a guy with a generous heart. He needs to have a great personality and sense of humor. A little ego in him is alright. I see it as self-confidence.
