PLEASE SETUP YOUR SUB-PASSWORDS

Starting Dec. 1st, players that are "hacked" and do NOT have a Sub-Password setup on their accounts will no longer receive aid from the Help Desk.

The Sub-password system was implemented to give everyone more security. If you forego the use of this feature, then any items/characters/progress
that are lost due to a hacker are the responsibility of the PLAYER. We do our part, all we ask is that you do yours to keep Cabal secure and fun for all!

If you already have a Sub-Password setup than nothing has changed and you will still receive the same helpful service we have always provided.


ANY HELP DESKS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE START DATE WILL STILL BE DEALT WITH, BUT ALL NEW TICKETS WILL BE HANDLED UNDER OUR NEW POLICY.
