It's for certain that they gathered at the Injured Forest under some kind of an order. Problem is finding out who owns their minds and what kind of orders they are getting from that person or a thing. You will be able to get by killing imps at the Injured Forest. Collect 10 of them and take them to Serbina, elf sorcerer at Elf's Rebuilding Village. She would be able to reveal what kind of contract they are under. And if we get lucky, we will find out who's in control.
