According to me and my subordinates' investigation, that is kept by a dragon called, [Ruler of Dusk]"Florence". The problem is...in order to summon this guy, we need special method and that method is only known by [Dragon Slayer]"Kazanbits". And this guy doesn't appear that much, so it's really hard to find him. He was seen at the Dusk Hill of Dragons lastly, and I think he was there for "Florence".
