Walkthrough:
1. Talk to the Blind Lady. After hearing her story, see Leo for some news of her son.

2. Leo says that one of the robbers might be Fred. Search the Wind Plain (474,600), and you will see Fred. He admits that he is the Blind Lady’s son, and needs you do something for him:

A. Take his Iron Token and enter the house through the portal (411,819). Kill all the bandits before you talk to the Mother, then lead them out of the house.

B. Go back to Fred. He asks you to buy some Daylilies from the Plant Merchant. You talk to the Merchant, only to find out the Daylilies have been sold out. You have to find them outside Twin City. Click the Daylily on the ground and you have a chance to obtain a Good Daylily. Just try it again if you get an incomplete one. Right click it to plant them beside the Blind Lady, then go and tell Fred you’ve done it. You will obtain a Bloody Pack and a Wish Note. Right click them and get your reward.
Note: You can do step B once a day.

C. Help Fred buy a bowl of Sweet Porridge for his mother.
The Porridge Vendor needs 5 ingredients to make his special Sweet Porridge. You can get the Lotus Seed, Longan, and Walnuts from the Pheasants, Turtledoves, Robins, and Apparitions. As for Brown Sugar, you can get it from the Sugar Vendor. You will also need to spend 500 silver on some Glutinous Rice from the Rice Vendor.
(The ingredients will not be available if you do not use them on the day you get them.)
When you have collected all the ingredients, you can give them to the Porridge Vendor and wait for 10 minutes for her to prepare it all.
Bring the bowl of Sweet Porridge to the Blind Lady, and her son will give you a Bloody Pack and a Wish Note as a reward.
Help him again (Step C), and you will get a Bloody Bag and a Wish Note as a reward. This time though, the reward would be better than the first time!
Note: You can do step C twice a day.

4. On May 11th, the Blind Lady feels something wrong. You can choose to tell her the truth or make up a story. No matter what you do, you will obtain a Wooden Key. Bring it to Fred and you will get your final reward - a Bloody Pack and a Wish Note.
