From 105-115 though that EXP slows down and if you're experiencing horror stories then you should bail out and hit df's until 115. Then abyss is another time to kill 2 birds with 1 stone by gaining EXP while going for books. However, it doesn't hurt to always check in at the dungeon to see if a party is warming up if you're heading towards tomb/maze.
