Trollshaws Quests Guide: Part 1

The Trollshaws is a great place for any mid level adventurer to work on gaining a few more levels. This area provides a great place to gain quests, experience, and items. There are three key areas players will take interest of within the Trollshaws. The Elven city of Rivendell which lies to the east on the border of the Misty mountains, the small outpost to the south known as Echad Candelleth will provide many opportunities to delve into the new area of the Tal Bruinen, and another outpost resting near the center of the Trollshaws known as Thorenhad. These three areas will be the players primary source of quests in the trollshaws. There are more, but these areas will provide the most robust selection.

Find Arifael. He can be near in the Giant Valley in the southeast Trollshaws at Loc: 35.18S, 8W.

(Note: You will have to defend Arifael from a couple of hostile giants when you speak with him.)

Once you complete this task speak with Elrond in Rivendell and then with Ringhul once more.
