Falathlorn Quest Guide
By Darkgolem
Falathlorn is an elvish enclave found in the southern portion of Ered Luin, along the eastern edge of the river Lune. Occupied by two elven settlements, Celondim and Duillond, it is starting location for elves in Middle Earth (after the newbie area). There is much to do here, there are crafting areas and resources, the epic quest prologue for elves, and several ruins and areas to explore. The area here is level appropriate for levels 6 through 10, though there is a higher level (14) quest here too. Falathlorn has 6 areas total. Two are the settlements of Celondim and Duillond. There is also the fields of Neth Hilith (located east of Celondim), Tham Gelair (a ruins, infested with wolves and oversized dragonflies called "Pests"), Limael's Vineyard (overrun with goblins), The Eastway (just the entrance to the Shire, found east of Duillond, across the river Lune), and Dol Ringwest (another ruins, infested with goblins).
For resources and crafting, there is ore, wild cooking ingredients (such as honey), and rowan wood, plus skins from animals. These are found in moderate amounts around the entire area. There are also several deeds you can accomplish in this area.
