Oatbarton rest on the outlying borders of the Shire and Evendim. Being part of Evendim, this area is ideal for seasoned adventures around the mid twenties. With goblins and spiders to the east, and wolves to the north, this area offers plenty of work for the willing adventurer.

29 Goblins and Spiders Bob Proudfoot is familiar with the troubles the Greenfields have seen with goblins and is concerned that those troubles are spreading further into the Northfarthing. Find and inspect the spider corpse dragged off by goblins. The goblin-camp is at the Bleakleaf Crest, east of Oatbarton and the spider corpse can be found at Loc: 22.5S, 64.3W. 17s 50c  
29 The Goblin Source Bob Proudfoot is confused by your discoveries among the goblin-camps. Bob wants you to slay spiders in the hopes that doing so will make the goblins leave. 29 Hobgoblin's Recipe Bob Proudfoot believes he has discovered the plans of the goblins. The goblin-camp is in the Bleakleaf Crest, east of Oatbarton at Loc: 22.4S, 64.3W. You will need to use one of the torches near the fires in the goblin camp to set fire to 3 bubbling pots around the encampment and then recover the Hobgoblin recipe by slaying the goblins within the camp. Hob Hillbrow has asked you to retrieve the formal complaint he asked Ronald Dwale to draft. (Author's note: After you talk to Ronald, simply head to Loc: 20.8S, 63.9W and deliver the letter. You will be attacked by a human 32 Elite, so be prepared. After completing that, and speaking with Hob, you are able to enter an instance. Now you will meet many 31 elite humans, so make sure to have a few companions.)
