All skills are shown with minimum and maximum values. The minimum is with 0 points in the related attribute; the maximum is with 12 points in the related attribute.

It is possible to have more than 12 points in a given attribute, but values will need to be calculated on the 12-point figures given in the individual descriptions.

Command

No inherent effect. Many Paragon skills, especially those that protect your allies or increase your tactical position on the battlefield, become more effective with higher Command.



"Brace Yourself!" - 5 12
Shout. For (Min: 5 - Max: 13) seconds, the next time target other ally would be knocked down, 1 nearby foe takes (Min: 15 - Max: 63) damage instead.



"Can't Touch This!" - 10 20
Shout. For 20 seconds, the next (Min: 1 - Max: 4) touch Skills used against each ally within earshot fail.



"Fall Back!" - 15 25
Shout. For (Min: 4 - Max: 9) seconds, all allies within earshot gain (Min: 5 - Max: 13) Health per second while moving and move 33% faster. "Fall Back!" ends on an ally affected by this Shout when that ally successfully hits with an attack.



"Find Their Weakness!" - 10 15
Shout. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, the next time target ally criticals, that ally also inflicts a Deep Wound for (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds.



"Go for the Eyes!" - 4
Shout. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot makes an attack, that attack has an additional (Min: 30 - Max: 66%) chance to be a critical hit.



"Help Me!" - 5 15
Shout. For (Min: 1 - Max: 8) seconds, other allies' spells targeting you cast 50% faster.



"Incoming!" (Elite) - 10 20
Elite Shout. For (Min: 1 - Max: 3) seconds, all party members within earshot take 50% less damage.



"Make Haste!" - 5 10
Shout. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, target other ally moves 33% faster. This skill ends if that ally successfully hits with an attack.



"Never Give Up!" - 5 20
Shout. All allies within earshot and below 75% Health gain (Min: 1 - Max: 8) Energy.



"Never Surrender!" - 5 20
Shout. For 10 seconds, all party members within earshot and below 75% Health, gain +(Min: 1 - Max: 4) Health regeneration.



"Stand Your Ground!" - 15 30
Shout. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, all party members within earshot recieve +24 armor when not moving.



"We Shall Return!" - 10 15
Shout. For 10 seconds, whenever party members within earshot use a resurrection skill, their fallen allies return with (Min: 10% - Max: 62%) more Health and (Min: 5% - Max: 41%) more Energy.



Anthem of Envy - 6 1
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack skill used by each ally within earshot deals +(Min: 10 - Max: 22) damage against foes with more than 50% Health.



Anthem of Guidance (Elite) - 4 1
Elite Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack skill used by each party member within earshot cannot be blocked.



Bladeturn Refrain - 5 1 8
Echo. For 20 seconds, target non-Spirit ally has +(Min: 10 - Max: 34) armor against slashing damage. This Echo is reapplied every time a Chant or Shout ends on that ally.



Crippling Anthem (Elite) - 4 1
Elite Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack skill used by each party member within earshot causes Crippling for (Min: 5 - Max: 13) seconds.



Godspeed - 10 30
Shout. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, all allies within earshot move 25% faster while under the effects of an Enchantment.



Song of Concentration - 8 2 5
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next skill used by each ally within earshot cannot be interrupted.




Leadership

You gain 1 Energy for each ally affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 1 Energy for every 3 ranks).




"Lead the Way!" - 10 8
Shout. Target ally moves 25% faster for (Min: 1 - Max: 4) seconds for each ally within earshot (maximum 20 seconds).



"Make Your Time!" - 10 30
Shout. You gain 1 strike of adrenaline for each party member within earshot (maximum 1 - 4 adrenaline).



"They're on Fire!" - 10 10
Shout. For 10 seconds, party members within earshot take (Min: 5% - Max: 29%) less damage from foes suffering from Burning.



Aggressive Refrain - 25 2 20
Echo. For (Min: 5 - Max: 21) seconds, you attack 25% faster. This Echo is reapplied every time a Chant or Shout ends on you.



Angelic Bond (Elite) - 10 2 5
Elite Skill. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, all damage suffered by target other ally is divided equally with you.



Angelic Protection - 5 30
Skill. For 10 seconds, any time target other ally takes more than (Min: 250 - Max: 130) damage per second, that ally is healed for any damage over that amount.



Anthem of Flame - 5 1 10
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack skill used by each party member within earshot also causes Burning for (Min: 1 - Max: 3) seconds.



Anthem of Fury (Elite) - 5 1 10
Elite Chant. For 10 seconds, all allies within earshot gain (Min: 1 - Max: 3) strikes of adrenaline the next time they use an attack skill.



Awe - 10 ¾ 20
Skill. If this skill hits a knocked-down foe, that foe becomes Dazed for (Min: 5 - Max: 13) seconds. Awe has half the normal range.



Blazing Finale - 5 1 8
Echo. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, whenever a Chant or Shout ends on target non-Spirit ally, all foes adjacent to that ally are set on fire for (Min: 1 - Max: 3) seconds.



Burning Refrain - 10 1 10
Echo. For 20 seconds, if target non-Spirit ally hits a foe with more Health than that ally, that foe is set on fire for (Min: 1 - Max: 3) seconds. This Echo is reapplied every time a Chant or Shout ends on that ally.



Defensive Anthem (Elite) - 15 1 25
Elite Chant. For (Min: 4 - Max: 9) seconds, each party member within earshot has a 50% chance to block incoming attacks. This chant ends if that ally hits with an attack skill.



Enduring Harmony - 5 1 10
Echo. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, Chants and Shouts last 50% longer on target non-Spirit ally.



Focused Anger (Elite) - 10 60
Elite Skill. For 45 seconds, you gain (Min: 0% - Max: 120%) more adrenaline.



Glowing Signet - ¼ 20
Signet. If target foe is Burning, you gain (Min: 5 - Max: 13) Energy.



Hexbreaker Aria - 8 2
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot casts a spell that ally loses 1 Hex.



Leader's Comfort - 5 2 8
Skill. You gain (Min: 30 - Max: 66) Health. For each ally within earshot, you also gain +(Min: 10 - Max: 18) Health (maximum 140 Health).



Natural Temper - 3
Skill. For (Min: 4 - Max: 9) seconds, you gain 33% more adrenaline while not under the effects of an Enchantment.



Signet of Return - 5 20
Signet. Resurrect target party member with (Min: 5% - Max: 13%) Health and (Min 1% - Max: 3%) Energy for each party member within earshot.



Soldier's Fury (Elite) - 5 1 5
Elite Echo. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, if you are under the effect of a Chant or Shout, you attack 33% faster.




Motivation

No inherent effect. Many Paragon skills, especially those related to Energy management or that inspire your allies, become more effective with higher Motivation.




"It's just a flesh wound" (Elite) - 5 1 5
Elite Shout. You suffer from a Deep Wound for (Min: 10 - Max: 6) seconds, and target other ally loses all Conditions.



"The Power Is Yours!" (Elite) - 10 20 5
Elite Shout. All party members within earshot gain (Min: 1 - Max: 7) Energy. For 10 seconds, you have -10 Energy degeneration.



Aria of Restoration - 10 1 20
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each party member within earshot uses a Spell, that party member gains (Min: 30 - Max: 78) Health.



Aria of Zeal - 10 1 20
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each party member within earshot uses a Spell, that party member gains (Min: 1 - Max: 5) Energy.



Ballad of Restoration - 10 1 20
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each party member within earshot takes damage, that party member gains (Min: 15 - Max: 63) Health.



Chorus of Restoration - 4 1 5
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot uses a Shout or Chant, that ally is healed for (Min: 30 - Max: 78) Health.



Energizing Chorus - 4 1
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next Shout or Chant used by each ally within earshot costs (Min: 3 - Max: 6) less Energy.



Energizing Finale - 10 1 5
Skill. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, whenever a Shout or Chant ends on a target non-Spirit ally, that ally gains 1 Energy.



Finale of Restoration - 5 1 10
Echo. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, whenever a Chant or Shout ends on target non-Spirit ally, that ally is healed for (Min: 15 - Max: 63) Health.



Leader's Zeal - 5 12
Skill. For each nearby ally, you gain 2 Energy (maximum 8 - 11 Energy).



Lyric of Purification - 5 1 20
Chant. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, the next time each ally within earshot uses a Signet, that ally loses 1 Condition.



Lyric of Zeal - 6 1 5
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot uses a Signet, that ally gains (Min: 1 - Max: 7) Energy.



Mending Refrain - 10 1 8
Echo. For 20 seconds, target non-Spirit ally has +(Min: 1 - Max: 3) Health regeneration. This Echo is reapplied every time a Chant or Shout ends on that ally.



Purifying Finale - 5 1 10
Echo. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, target non-Spirit ally loses one Condition whenever a Chant or Shout ends on that ally.



Signet of Synergy - 1 10
Signet. Target other ally is healed for (Min: 40 - Max: 88) Health. If you are not under the effects of an Enchantment, you are also healed for (Min: 40 - Max: 88) Health.



Song of Power - 25 1 30
Chant. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, each ally within earshot gains 4 Energy regeneration until that ally uses a Skill.



Song of Purification (Elite) - 5 2
Elite Chant. For 20 seconds, the next (Min: 1 - Max: 3) skills used by each ally within earshot remove 1 Condition from that ally.



Song of Restoration (Elite) - 5 1 15
Elite Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each party member within earshot uses a Skill, that party member gains (Min: 30 - Max: 78) Health.



Zealous Anthem - 10 1 20
Chant. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot uses an attack skill, that ally gains (Min: 1 - Max: 7) Energy.




Spear Mastery

Spear Mastery increases the damage you do with spears and your chance to inflict a critical hit when using a spear. Many skills, especially spear attack skills, become more effective with higher Spear Mastery.




Barbed Spear - 3
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, your target begins Bleeding for (Min: 5 - Max: 13) seconds.



Blazing Spear - 7
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, it deals +(Min: 5 - Max: 21) damage and sets target foe on fire for (Min: 1 - Max: 3) second(s).



Cruel Spear (Elite) - 7
Elite Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 1 - Max: 25) damage. If it hits a non-moving target, you inflict a Deep Wound for (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds.



Disrupting Throw - 5 ½ 10
Spear Attack. If this attack hits a foe suffering from a Condition, that foe is interrupted.



Harrier's Toss - 10 ½ 10
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 5 - Max: 17) damage. If this attack hits a moving foe, it deals an additional (Min: 5 - Max: 25) damage.



Merciless Spear - 6
Spear Attack. If this attack hits a foe with less than 50% Health, that foe suffers from a Deep Wound for (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds.



Mighty Throw - 2 3
Spear Attack. Your spear moves three times faster. If it hits, you deal +(Min: 10 - Max: 34) damage.



Slayer's Spear - 10 4
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 5 - Max: 21) damage. If that foe has more Health than you, that foe suffers from a Deep Wound for (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds.



Spear of Lightning - 5 6
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, it deals +(Min: 8 - Max: 18) lightning damage. This attack has 25% armor penetration.



Stunning Strike (Elite) - 10
Elite Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 5 - Max: 25) damage. If it hits a foe suffering from a Condition, that foe is also Dazed for (Min: 4 - Max: 9) seconds.



Swift Javelin - 5 10
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 5 - Max: 17) damage. If you are under the effects of an Enchantment, this spear flies twice as fast and cannot be blocked.



Unblockable Throw - 7 3
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 10 - Max: 34) damage. This attack cannot be "blocked."



Vicious Attack - 5 8
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 5 - Max: 17) damage. If you land a critical hit with this attack, target foe suffers from a Deep Wound for (Min: 5 - Max: 13) seconds.



Wearying Spear - 3
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +(Min: 10 - Max: 34) damage. You are Weakened for 5 seconds.



Wild Throw - 7
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, it deals +(Min: 5 - Max: 17) damage, and any Stance being used by your target ends. This attack cannot be blocked.




No Attribute

Some skills in each profession are not directly tied to a character's attributes. Unlike other skills that can be improved with the application of points into a specific attribute, these skills do not change, but are static in their properties.




Cautery Signet (Elite) - 2 15
Elite Signet. All party members lose all Conditions. You are set on Fire for 1 second for each Condition removed in this way.



Remedy Signet - 1 4
Signet. You lose 1 Condition.



Signet of Aggression - 1 10
Signet. If you are under the effects of a Shout or Chant, you gain 1 strike of adrenaline.
